Today on The Kona Edge we head to Guam to chat to Laura Nadeau and find out more about her Ironman Kona journey, including her experience on the big island. We talk about the importance of finding a balance between one’s personal life and training for triathlons and Ironman Kona as Laura juggles between being a mom, a wife and a triathlete.
Laura also reveals how important it is to have a competitive spirit and what motivates her to take part in triathlons.
